Who texts you: Vet Claim Lab, the name Vet Benefit Preparation LLC does business under, Fort Myers, Florida. We're a private company, not the VA.

When we text you: only if you gave us permission, by ticking the box on our sign-up form or signature page, or by texting us first.

What we text about:

• If you asked about our service: setting up and reminding you about your call with us.
• If you're a member: your gameplan call, replies to your questions (text support), payment notices, results-refund check-ins, and the notice that your support period is ending.
• Never ads from anyone else. We never sell or share your number for marketing.

How often: it varies. Most people get a few texts around their call. Members get replies when they text us, plus a handful of service notices over the year.

Cost: message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We never charge for texts.

Stop any time: reply STOP. You'll get one text confirming it, then no more texts. Members keep their support by email at info@vetclaimlab.com with the same reply times. Want texts again? Reply START.

You don't have to agree to texts to buy anything from us.

Please don't text us records, photos of documents, Social Security or VA file numbers, logins or medical details. We delete them if they arrive.
